The service offered by Phillip has been fantastic every time I have had cause to use Aurelia Law Firm.

At the time of my mother’s passing, he made a long and painful process easy and hassle free, this included writing new wills for both myself, my partner and my father. Our wishes were listened to, and sound advise on the best course of action given. The whole process was handled professionally, but at the same time in a friendly manner. I have never felt more at ease with a solicitor. I recommended Phillip to a friend, who received the same standard of care and service.

Excellent service from Team Jonas at Aurelia Law Firm who assisted us with conveyancing our house purchase. Due to delays with my wife’s property sale the purchase turned into a chain at the last minute and Jonas and his team went out of their way to resolve it, liaising directly with my wife’s solicitors to organise it all and transfer funds so it went smoothly on the day. Cannot recommend them enough!

We made our house purchase, on a buy-to-let, around 18 months ago and Aurelia Law Firm were excellent throughout. We then had an administrative issue which took ages to sort out (Vendor’s solicitor didn’t help). All resolved by Susan and her team, who helped us even though the main conveyancing was long over. It really pays to get a decent firm and I’m so glad we chose well. Highly recommend Aurelia Law Firm. They are professional. Don’t for for a cheap conveyancing firm; you get what you pay for!

We have used Aurelia Law Firm, ( Team Laura) a number of times for both house purchases and sales and can honestly say the service we have received has been excellent, all processes have been done in a timely manner and we have always been kept up to date regarding the progress of the transactions. What’s most impressive about Aurelia Law Firm is the work ethic. Phillip Norton has, over the years, frequently called me or emailed well after office hours and on several crucial occasions at weekends.

Phillip is one impressive lad. Through thick and thin, I think, he has built an extremely competent company and a highly impressive team around him.
Phillip’s team is efficient, professional and friendly, but the cherry on the cake, the pièce de résistance, the absolute slam dunk for me is their quality of communication. The most annoying issue with lawyers in general is their lofty disregard for ‘getting back’ to clients in a timely and reassuring manner – that is not the case with Aurelia Law Firm they are swift, punctual and above all accurate.

The Aurelia Law Firm team is festooned with many lovely, professional people. In particular I must mention Jean & Susan, who epitomise the friendly, efficiency that is Aurelia Law Firm. Team Phillip is also ably and professionally supported by people like Heidi, Tom and Claire who, I’ve found, are faultless in their dealings with me.

However, towering above one and all, is Phillip Norton. he is, without question, the star in the firmament – I cannot thank him or praise him enough for all his hard work for me over the years and hopefully for many more years to come.

For those reading this, just one more point I’d like to make, I have never met Phillip or the aforementioned team, I’ve never been to their offices, all my transactions have been completed by mail, email and phone whether I am in the UK or elsewhere. The point is this; you don’t have to be local to avail of the services of Aurelia Law Firm, you can be National or International.
